About Us

Welcome to our farm and farm market! Our family has been farming these same 200 acres since 1815. And, while apples are our signature crop, we also grow strawberries, blueberries, peaches, nectarines, sweet corn, asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, squash, onions, cucumbers, eggplant, and pumpkins!

Although well known for our homegrown produce, our farm market offers so much more; folks come for our world-famous donuts, sliced-to-order deli, homemade fudge, specialty foods, and freshly pressed apple cider.

Relax by the lake, admire our flowers and enjoy our family activities throughout the year: a benefit 5k Run/Walk in May, summer crop picking activities, Fall Harvest Days in September/October, and Christmas On The Farm in December.

🍅 Something special is growing at the Farm! 🌱

We recently teamed up with Heather from Lutz Greenhouse to give some “orphan” tomato plants a home here at White House Fruit Farm — and these aren’t your average tomatoes.

We’re planting a fun mix of heirloom varieties, organics, colorful tomatoes, cherry-style tomatoes, and unique specialty plants that we can’t wait to watch grow throughout the summer. ☀️

David has been busy getting everything planted with plenty of water and nutrients, and if all goes well, we should start seeing tomatoes by mid-August!

We’ll be checking back in on these plants later this summer so you can follow along with the growing process from field to farm market. 🍅

These beautiful tomatoes come from southern Ohio, where they’re grown in hoop houses to help them ripen earlier in the season. That means you get that fresh-from-the-vine summer flavor even sooner. ☀️

Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported our Annual Veterans Fundraiser 5K & Kids Fun Run! 🇺🇸

Because of your generosity, we were able to donate $3,770 to the Youngstown VA Outpatient Clinic Food Bank — which translates to approximately 2,433 meals for local veterans.

The need continues to grow:
From May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026, the food bank distributed 7,985 bags of food, with each bag providing roughly 10–15 meals.

From January through April alone, they have already distributed 4,728 bags this year.

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to run, walk, donate, volunteer, and support this meaningful cause. Your participation truly makes a difference for veterans in our community. 🇺🇸

Thank you for helping us support those who have served our country.
