Ingredients
½ C melted butter
1 C white sugar
1 egg
1 C all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 C WHFF apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 C chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 8X8 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar and egg. Mix in flour, baking soda, & cinnamon, and then stir in apples and walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center, comes out clean. Enjoy.
